Excellent location. Situated 15min walk from Brussels midi station, which was easily managed with suitcases. Turn left, and it is a 10-minute straight walk to the centre of town. The hotel is beautifully decorated and maintained. We stayed on floor 1, and our room was spacious with tall ceilings, lots of sockets, and air conditioning. It had the best blackout curtains I've ever experienced and was so quiet! The bathroom was roomy with a powerful rainfall shower. The beds were very comfy, cleaning and maintenance were excellent, and the gentleman on the desk who looked after us was very polite, friendly, and helpful. Overall, this is a fantastic hotel, and I would definitely recommend

I was a bit skeptical as the hotel room size look small in picture, apparently that is not the case. We had 4 big size luggage and place is still roomy to lay out all 4. Room is with bathtub with good water pressure, the amenities were l'occitane so the smell was super good. We had a good room in first floor corner so had a good view to the street and can people watch. Bed size is sufficient and very comfortable. The reception (a guy with long hair) was very nice, as well as the breakfast lady who offered to fill our children's water bottle. There was also a gym with all complete equipment and my son loved to spend time there, as it opens 24hr.

A wonderful, safe, quiet hotel for a family of four. The location was perfect, a walk from the train station and to the city center. There were black out curtains covering nice big windows that could be opened wide for fresh air. The reception staff were so kind, helpful and amazing. Even loaning us a HDMI cable so we could watch the Euro Final in our room. Really helpful with directions and looking up information as we needed. We really appreciated the receptionist from Venezuela, he went above and beyond to help us.

Great place to stay for both work or holiday. The Grand Place is about 10-15 minutes on foot and the hotel is very close to the Anneessens premetro station, which at De Brouckere connects with the 1 and 5 lines (so it is easy and quick to go to Central Station and to the European quarter). Room was spacious and clean, with kettle, breakfast was excellent, the staff at reception was super helpful. Soap, shower gel and shampoo by L'Occitaine and slippers in the room were a nice touch.

Laura

Our room (401) including the en-suite was spacious and clean, the latter had a bath which was a plus. The beds were comfortable and the staff were helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was good with a wide selection although the hot item choices was limited and there was no cut fruit salad. For us the location was good being close to eateries, the Eurostar train & Metro station and some of the attractions, in particular the Grand Place.
